What Students Get
Multi-Sport Instruction
Students rotate through basketball, soccer, flag football, and volleyball. They learn the basic skills, the rules, and what it means to be part of a team.
Movement and Fitness
Age-appropriate games and challenges build coordination, balance, speed, agility, body control, and endurance.
Guided Practice
Coaches demonstrate skills, lead practice, give feedback, and help students apply what they learn in modified games.
Teamwork
Students practice taking turns, sharing equipment, communicating, cooperating, settling disagreements respectfully, and encouraging others.
Character and Leadership
Coaches reinforce effort, accountability, self-control, following directions, and how to win and lose with grace. Students learn to lead by example.
In Action
Learning Goals
Students build basic skills across several sports, learn simple rules and how to play safely, gain confidence in how they move, and cooperate with teammates.
The goal is a lifelong interest in physical activity, along with responsibility, perseverance, and respectful behavior.
At Your School
Sessions run in person after school at participating schools and approved locations. Activities depend on the space, equipment, age range, and site schedule. Grades, session length, enrollment dates, and fees are set for each location.
